1 lb. zucchini, chopped			sautee (med-high)
4 oz. button mushrooms, sliced		cook (med-low)
1 Tbs. minced shallots	brown
1 Tbs. olive oil
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. kosher salt
